In my opinion Lansinoh is the best thing on the market to help prevent and heal sore nipples.  With my daughter I was unfortunate enough to experience sore nipples for the first few days of breastfeeding so was determined to avoid a similar experience with my son, thankfully Lansinoh was around then and the advice on preventing sore nipples had changed.  Lansinoh is pure lanolin or sheep fat that has been completely striped of any impurities so that it is perfectly safe to leave on and therefore not necessary to wash off prior to feeding.

Returns
