Born Gift Vouchers are available to spend in our stores and online.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased as an e-voucher, which will be emailed to you as a PDF file, to be forwarded to your recipient.

We can also send physical Gift Vouchers to you or your recipient, there will be a handling fee of £2 for this service which covers postage by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.  You can upgrade to Special Delivery for an additional charge should you require an expedited service.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40.

For orders under £40:

Standard delivery £5.95 (3-5 working days)

Next day delivery £8.95 (for orders received before 11am, Monday to Thursday)

Saturday delivery £10.95 (please contact a store if you would like this option)

Returns

We want you to enjoy each shopping experience with us but we know occasionally you may want to return items you’ve bought or had given to you as a gift.  And because we know you’ve probably more important things to think about we’ll do whatever we can to make sure you’re happy with the way we handle your situation.

If you decide an item isn’t right for you, then in most situations you’re free to exchange the item within 30 days for something you do want, ask for a credit note to spend later or ask for a refund.

Items should be returned to us in their original condition and product packaging, and within 30 days.
