Delivery Information:

Delivery of this item is by a White Glove Service. Bloom will call you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time for you, and will place all boxes in a room of your choice. For an extra charge of £20, Bloom can unpack and dispose of packaging materials, but will not assemble the item.

We work closely with Bloom's warehouse managers to ensure that the delivery time we give you is accurate.  When you select the colour combination of your items below, you will be given an anticipated delivery time.  If this is longer than 4 weeks it indicates that Bloom are awaiting delivery of these items into their warehouse.  Rather than promise you the items in this case, we would rather give you a longer delivery time to avoid any disappointment.  We will of course keep you informed of any change in the delivery date we give you, and you can always email our customer service team on customerservice@borndirect.com for more information.

Returns

We want you to enjoy each shopping experience with us but we know occasionally you may want to return items you’ve bought or had given to you as a gift.  And because we know you’ve probably more important things to think about we’ll do whatever we can to make sure you’re happy with the way we handle your situation.

If you decide an item isn’t right for you, then in most situations you’re free to exchange the item within 30 days for something you do want, ask for a credit note to spend later or ask for a refund.
