Peepo! by Janet and Allan Ahlberg

Janet and Allan Ahlberg's classic picture book is based on Allan's memories of his own childhood and has a wonderfully evocative feeling of nostalgia.  Holes are placed throughout the book allowing the reader to play the perennial favourite of 'Peepo' with the characters in the book.  The story follows a family throughout their day, with the activities seen through the eyes of the baby.  He watches his sisters playing, his mother cooking ad his father sleeping.  With incredibly detailed illustrations this is sure to become one of your baby's favourites too - ours loved it!
