Caring for boiled wool items is much easier than you would think!  As the wool is almost 'self-cleaning', you can brush off dirt, or simply hang outside or in the bathroom while showering to remove any unwanted smells - the air humidity will do the trick!  Should your sleeping bag become soiled and require washing, either hand wash or machine wash on cold, after turning the bag inside out.  Use a mild wool washing liquid.  Dry flat.

Returns

If you decide an item isn’t right for you, then in most situations you’re free to exchange the item within 30 days for something you do want, ask for a credit note to spend later or ask for a refund.
