To determine which size you should buy measure yourself by taking a
measurement underneath your bust across your ribs. Next measure across
your bust at your nipples. Measure with your clothes on, but nothing too bulky. The cup size
you require is found by taking away the smaller measurement from the
larger one. Each inch you deduct is equal to 1 cup size. For example if
you measure 36 inches under your bust and 40 inches across your bust
your cup size is D (40-36=4, D is the 4th letter of the alphabet). Your
bra size is 34D.
If you are pregnant choose the bra with room for expansion; the Sublime bra has a 2 cup stretch so you may find it's not the best bra for the first few months of breastfeeding but is fantastic for when your breasts setle down after 3-4 months and you want something more attractive.
