We love honest feedback on all our products - it helps us keep in touch with what our customers like and dislike, but more importantly it helps other parents, like you with their purchasing decisions. 

Adding a review is very quick and easy, however if you hit a problem we'd love for you to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Step One

Simply find the product that you wish to review.  You can do this quickly via the search box in this pages top right corner.  Once you’ve found the product simply click the ‘write review’ link

Step Two

You’ll be asked to login.  If you’re not already registered you’ll be asked to submit your email address & add a password

Great to do

• Focus on the product and your experience of using it
• Think about what  you would have liked to have known before buying the product
• Add any good tips on using the product

What's not so great

• Try to avoid adding information  that changes, such as price and promotional details.

HINTS FOR VIDEO REVIEWS

What’s great

• People want to see you as much as the product, so talk to camera
• Speak loudly – if your using a video camera please ensure you can be heard clearly 
• If there are any features you wish to draw attention to show them on your video
• Try to summarize at the beginning, so people can get an overall impression quickly

What’s not so great

• Wobbling pictures! Try to keep the images still
• Darkness – Try to make sure there’s enough light
• Try to avoid information that changes, such as price or promotional details.
• Don’t focus upon service or delivery – if you comments relating to these areas please contact us here customer service

HELP FOR YOUR VIDEO REVIEWS

• Maximum allowed file size is 20MB
• If your video size is larger tihan 20MB then you will need to compress it before uploading
• Accepted formats: mp4, mov, f4v or flv
